great experience but some minor issues

I loved the complimentary room upgrade at check-in. The staff delivered excellent room service, with fast delivery and delicious food that really stood out. The spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the thoughtful evening treats in my room.

The noise from the hallway was a bit distracting .

The hotel was clean and had especially helpful staff in all areas. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of great food. Location: the property was right by Florham Park, Madison and Morristown NJ as well as restaurants. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The rooms - recently refurbished, stylish with slippers and refrigerator, as for instance. Good choice of GREAT food at breakfast time.

The staff provided really good service. Our room was impressively clean, and the complimentary upgrade was a good surprise. We enjoyed room service, where the food was not only quick to arrive but also delicious, with some excellent vegan options. A fantastic place for a local getaway with great dining and hospitable service.

The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bar, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The classic king guest room was impeccably clean, and i loved the large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Having slippers and evening treats was a good touch. Can't wait to come back!

The kids loved visiting the nearby amusement park, filled with exciting rides and live entertainment. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our large family and even for mum who enjoyed relaxing after a day of fun.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

My stay included a spacious room with a large bathroom and a Nespresso machine. The staff was very helpful throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed having evening treats in my room, a nice touch. Planning to revisit soon.

Not the best for catching Zs. The gym was off-limits due to a soccer team taking over the space, limiting options for a good workout. Late-night arrival started on a weird note, urging a call for confirmation which felt unnecessary, especially when you've already paid for the room. Had a strange issue with a missing sweatshirt that they noted they'd look into, but still no word back. Minor inconveniences add up and potentially detract from the overall experience.
